VOLUNTEER

Here at Project: VISION, we are always looking for new team members who share our enthusiasm for youth development! Whether you are interested in tutoring students, helping with fundraisers, or becoming a Board member, reach out to us! We would love to help get you involved!

GENERAL VOLUNTEER

As a nonprofit organization with limited resources, we are always looking for volunteer help, whether it be on an ongoing basis or project-basis. We need volunteers to serve on committees for fundraising events, help with marketing and social media projects, research and prepare grant proposals, assist with administrative tasks, work with kids as chaperones or assist with workshops, and more. Contact us if you’re interested in helping!

Tutor

Tutors assist students in grades 6-8 or 9-12 with homework, understanding school subjects, test preparation, and developing good study habits. Volunteers work at least one shift (minimum 2 hours) per week throughout the school year and work with 4-5 students during each shift. If you are passionate about teaching and helping youth succeed in school, consider becoming a tutor!

Associate Board Member

The Associate Board promotes Project: VISION’s mission through networking, outreach, and fundraising activities that help increase awareness and visibility of the organization’s work. Ideal candidates are young professionals interested in learning about nonprofit leadership and giving back to the community.

Board Member

Board members provide the leadership we need in order to keep growing our organization’s capacity to serve more youth every year. The Board of Directors is Project: VISION’s governing body, overseeing budget and finances, fundraising, strategic planning, and community relations and outreach. If you’d like to help build our organization as a Board member, please contact us!
