Executive Summary
While PV has built high quality and impactful programming and has continuously evolved to respond to the community’s needs, it is clear that the need still far exceeds our capacity to serve. PV has developed VISION 2027: Empowering Youth, Strengthening Our Community as a roadmap for PV’s critical growth and impact. We are committed to being financially, operationally and programmatically positioned to serve 500 low income, underserved AAPI youth in the Greater Chinatown community annually, providing holistic support, helping them achieve their true potential by the end of 2027.
