School Day Program Tutor

We are seeking Tutors to work onsite at our local school partners during the school day. The School Day Tutoring Program is a pilot program focused on supporting at-risk students in closing learning gaps and achieving their academic goals. Under the guidance of teachers, Tutors will work with grades 5-8 students to build their knowledge, basic skills, and good study habits. In addition, Tutors will act as mentors and positive role models, providing youth with guidance and support. We are seeking candidates with experience teaching or tutoring young people and an overall passion for education.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
High Impact Tutoring Program Tutor

We are seeking Tutor/Mentors for our After School Homework Tutoring Program. This role will specifically employ a High Impact Tutoring model to support at-risk grades 6-12 students to help them close learning gaps and achieve their academic goals. Tutors will work one-on-one with students to build their knowledge, basic skills, and good study habits. Tutors will also act as mentors and positive role models, providing youth with guidance and support. We are seeking candidates with experience teaching or tutoring young people and an overall passion for education.

Youth Program Leader (Middle School ELL Program)

We are seeking a creative, energetic mission-driven individual to join our team and serve as a Youth Program Leader within our Middle School Program supporting English Language Learners (ELLs). The ideal candidate has experience and passion for working with young people and is committed to creating welcoming and supportive learning environments where youth can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. The Program Leader will be responsible for supporting ELL youth through two after school programs that combine youth mentorship, program coordination, and academic tutoring to help youth build language skills, confidence, and meaningful community connections.
